Snacks with cheeses and cold cuts and typical dishes, all of our own production (potato dumplings of various types, kanederli, casunziei, soups, hominy, grilled steaks, melted cheese, gulasch, greens, mushrooms…). Besides it is possible to taste our variety of flavoured grappas and our desserts such as panna cotta, ricotta or jam pie, struedel. Very peculiar is the cheese we produce during summer “pascolo estivo”, that has a different taste from the one produced during winter due to the fact that the cows are fed with two different types of nutrition: meadow grass and hay.
